Consent to Treatment of Personal Information

Each of the Members of Forex Club, Japan (the”Club”) acknowledges and agrees
that the information provided by him/her, including those contained in the List of
Members will be available to the other Members (as well as the Money Brokers
Association or its successor as the manager of the Club’s website) for the purpose of
the furtherance of the Club’s mission of promoting mutual good relationship
amongst the Members and providing educational opportunities for the Members.
Each of the Members also agrees that he/she will not disclose or otherwise
make available to non-members or use for purposes which are not within the purposes of
the Club any information obtained from the Club.
The Club will endeavor to prevent such information leaking to non-members,
however, it will not be responsible for any leak or disclosure for any reason
whatsoever, including any breach by a member or the manager of the Club’s website.
Each Member shall be deemed to have repeated its accession to the foregoing
every time he/she accesses the Club’s website.
If a Member wishes to have his/her information stricken off from the list
for any reason, including withdrawal of membership or expulsion, or amended or updated,
he/she should contact the Club.
Whilst the Club makes effort to keep the information updated (in response to
the request in the preceding sentence or otherwise), accurate, genuine and complete,
it does not guarantee the updatedness, accuracy, genuineness or completeness
and shall not in any way be responsible for any act done or not done in reliance thereof.
